Toronto fashion week may be next week but this season, the fashion frenzy will be early. The inaugural season of The Collections kicks off tomorrow and I will be attending. It will showcase the S/S 13 collections (duh) of six young emerging designers such as my favourites, Sid Neigum and Chloe Comme Parris. Having shown previously within the tents of the official Toronto fashion week, I'm curious to see the designers and their collections in a different venue. Also, I wonder what Toronto fashion week will be like with a large presence of young designers missing.
